Lobby/Finance/Treasury Management Rotation

The lobby, finance, and treasury management rotation showed us how various functions throughout the bank work day to day. In the lobby, customer service representatives manage the diverse flow of business and greet each customer as they come in. Seeing how the lobby works showed us the face of Parkside. The finance department handles the accounting functions of the bank. This includes bookkeeping, balancing liquidity, and managing agency relations. We helped to increase the efficiency of these processes throughout our rotations. Treasury management deals with collection and disbursement of customers’ funds. During this rotation we saw how Parkside conducts these processes. We assisted in conducting internal audits to ensure that the bank was up to code.
