Parkside named a Top Workplace

It is no surprise that Parkside was named one of the top workplaces in the greater St. Louis area by The St. Louis Post-Dispatch. To earn this distinction, a company must inspire its employees by providing the right environment for them to prosper. The Post-Dispatch tallies the results of an intensive 24 question survey given to employees in order to determine which companies are named top workplaces. From what we’ve heard from various employees, Parkside has an uncommon work environment. Our experiences this summer have shown us that Parkside promotes a culture that is inclusive and cooperative.  Everyone that we met was always ready to help with anything we needed or to sit down and take the time to teach us important concepts. Beyond strictly work duties, everyone was eager to get to know us. They would invite us to lunches and happy hours where they offered professional and life advice.
